w33com Terms & Conditions — User Agreement, Platform Rules & Player Obligations

1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. References to "w33com", "the Platform", "the Operator", "we", "us", or "our" mean the entity operating the w33com online gaming platform at w33com.asia under its applicable international gaming regulatory licences.

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a User on the w33com platform, through which the User accesses games, deposits funds, places bets, and requests withdrawals.
• "Balance" means the total of Real Money Funds and/or Bonus Funds standing to the credit of a User's w33com Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means funds credited to a User's Account pursuant to a promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements and bonus terms.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a User via an approved w33com payment method (including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT) that are available for wagering and withdrawal subject to verification requirements.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer tables, slots, fish arcade titles, virtual sports, and any other gambling products made available through the w33com platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency of the w33com platform for Pakistan-based Users.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by the Operator pursuant to anti-money laundering regulatory obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn from a User's Account.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Registration on and use of the w33com platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an Account on w33com, you expressly warrant and represent that you meet this minimum age requirement. The Operator reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to void bets, cancel winnings, and close Accounts where the minimum age requirement is not met.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To register an Account on w33com, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number (compatible with JazzCash or EasyPaisa where applicable), and a valid email address; (c) choose a unique username and a secure password; (d) confirm your agreement to these Terms & Conditions and the w33com Privacy Policy.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one w33com Account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or related Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where the Operator identifies multiple Accounts belonging to the same person or household, it reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all pending and historical bets, and confiscate any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds across those Accounts.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their access to and participation in online gaming on w33com complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. The Operator makes no representation that the w33com platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. If online gaming is prohibited or restricted in your area, you must not access the platform.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

w33com is required under its international gaming regulatory licence obligations to conduct identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures on all registered Users. By registering an Account, you consent to the Operator conducting these verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle.

• Standard KYC Documents: A valid Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), a clear selfie photograph holding the CNIC, and proof of registered payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash account matching the mobile number on file).
• Enhanced Due Diligence: For Users depositing significant sums or where the Operator has reasonable grounds for suspicion, additional documentation including proof of source of funds may be requested.
• Verification Timeline: Standard KYC submissions are typically reviewed within 2–24 hours. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is completed to the Operator's satisfaction.
• Failure to Verify: If a User fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period, the Operator reserves the right to suspend the Account and return deposits to the original payment source, less any applicable processing costs.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

w33com accepts deposits in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) via the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and USDT cryptocurrency. The Operator reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: Rs 200 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa; Rs 500 via bank transfer.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own legal name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Deposits are typically credited to the w33com Account balance within 30 seconds for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours depending on interbank processing times.
• w33com does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
• The Operator reserves the right to reject any deposit it suspects to be fraudulent or in violation of anti-money laundering regulations.

5 Withdrawals & Payout Rules

w33com is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly for all verified Pakistani players. The following terms govern the withdrawal process on the w33com platform.

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 500 to JazzCash or EasyPaisa; Rs 1,000 via bank transfer.
• KYC Prerequisite: Withdrawals will only be processed to Users who have completed KYC verification to the Operator's satisfaction. First-time withdrawals may require additional review.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible, in order to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
• Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for verified accounts: typically 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals: 1–3 business days. Cryptocurrency (USDT) withdrawals: subject to blockchain confirmation times.
• Pending Period: The Operator may implement a pending period of up to 24 hours on withdrawal requests during which the User may cancel the request. After this period, withdrawal requests cannot be reversed.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable. Only winnings from Bonus Funds that have satisfied applicable Wagering Requirements may be transferred to the Real Money balance for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal Limits: Standard accounts have a maximum withdrawal of Rs 500,000 per transaction. VIP tier Players may have enhanced limits as communicated by their account manager.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

w33com offers a range of promotional offers and bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the point of the promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be claimed by Users who have registered a genuine w33com Account and met all applicable eligibility criteria specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Unless stated otherwise, each w33com bonus offer may be claimed once per User, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion's Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless expressly stated, minimum odds for sports betting contributions to bonus wagering requirements are 1.50 (decimal format). Casino games contribute at their published rates (typically: slots 100%, live dealer tables 10%–20%).
• The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonuses already claimed and actively being wagered will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of claim.
• Bonus abuse, multi-accounting for bonus purposes, or any form of bonus exploitation will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and may result in permanent Account closure.

7 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the w33com platform are operated under the following fair play standards and rules. By participating in any Game, you agree to these rules without reservation.

• RNG Certification: All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games on w33com are independently tested and certified by accredited gaming testing laboratories. Game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be manipulated by the Operator or the Player.
• Published RTPs: Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles and RNG table games are published within the game information panels. These figures represent theoretical long-term averages over millions of game rounds, not guaranteed individual session returns.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games use physical cards, dice, and roulette wheels operated by professional dealers. Outcomes are not RNG-generated. Video feeds are audited for integrity under the Operator's licence obligations.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting any game, w33com reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return staked amounts to Players' accounts. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all w33com games and are displayed within the game interface prior to participation.
• Game Rules: Specific rules for each game are accessible within the game interface. It is the Player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the rules of any game before wagering Real Money Funds.

8 Sports Betting Specific Terms

The following additional terms apply to all sports betting activity conducted on the w33com sportsbook, including cricket (PSL, international matches), football, UFC, kabaddi, and all other sports markets offered on the platform.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets placed on w33com are subject to acceptance by the Operator. The Operator reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where odds were incorrectly displayed due to technical error.
• Odds Format: Odds are displayed in decimal format by default on the w33com platform. Users may select alternative display formats within account settings. Settling calculations use decimal odds regardless of display preference.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to live data availability. In the event of a significant discrepancy between displayed odds and actual market conditions, the Operator may suspend betting markets temporarily. All live bets accepted prior to suspension will stand at the odds shown.
• PSL & Cricket: PSL (Pakistan Super League) and international cricket markets are subject to the Operator's cricket-specific betting rules available within the cricket betting section. Match abandonment, Duckworth-Lewis adjustments, and toss-related rules are governed by these specific terms.
• Void Bets: Bets may be declared void where the relevant sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond the period specified in the event's specific terms, or where irregular circumstances arise affecting the integrity of the market.
• Payout Cap: Maximum single-bet payout on any w33com sports betting market is Rs 5,000,000, regardless of odds or stake level, unless agreed in writing by the Operator in advance.

9 Responsible Gaming

w33com is fully committed to the promotion of responsible gaming practices and the prevention of gambling-related harm. The Platform operates under regulatory requirements that mandate robust responsible gaming frameworks. All Users are encouraged to engage with the responsible gaming tools available through their w33com Account settings.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits. Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately. Increases require a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set maximum permitted session duration limits. The platform will log out the User automatically upon reaching the set limit.
• Loss Limits: Users may set maximum permitted loss thresholds across all w33com gaming verticals simultaneously.
• Reality Checks: Users may activate periodic in-session notifications displaying time elapsed and net wagering position during the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may self-exclude from the w33com platform for periods ranging from 7 days to a permanent lifetime ban. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and result in immediate Account suspension. Requests for permanent self-exclusion are irreversible. During a self-exclusion period, the User must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating new Accounts.
• Proactive Monitoring: The Operator may contact Users who display potential problem gambling indicators and may impose additional restrictions on Accounts where gambling harm is suspected, even absent a User-initiated request.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the w33com platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of all bets and balances, permanent Account closure, and reporting to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

• Registering an Account or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening, operating, or using multiple Accounts on the w33com platform simultaneously or sequentially.
• Use of software, tools, algorithms, or devices designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit software vulnerabilities — including bots, auto-clickers, or AI-assisted gameplay tools that constitute unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the w33com platform.
• Participating in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity intended to corrupt the outcome of a sporting event on which bets are placed via w33com.
• Engaging in "chip dumping", collusion, or any form of coordinated exploitation of poker or table game products.
• Attempting to exploit promotional offers through systematic bonus abuse, including multi-accounting, VPN use to circumvent geographic restrictions, or coordinated play with other Users to satisfy wagering requirements artificially.
• Transferring Account balances to other users or selling, brokering, or purchasing w33com Account access.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

w33com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any User Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
• Identification of multiple Accounts registered by the same individual.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Court order, law enforcement instruction, or regulatory direction requiring Account suspension.
• Chargebacks filed by the Account holder against deposited funds (which constitutes a breach of these Terms).

Upon Account closure for a breach, the Operator reserves the right to retain any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real Money Funds standing to the Account balance will be returned to the User's verified payment method net of any outstanding obligations, unless the Account closure is consequent to fraud or money laundering, in which case funds may be held pending regulatory investigation.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the w33com platform, including but not limited to the w33com brand name and logo, website design, game graphics, software code, promotional materials, text, and data, is the exclusive intellectual property of the Operator or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable international intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the w33com platform solely for personal and recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. No User may reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any w33com platform content without the Operator's express prior written consent.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, w33com and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform, including but not limited to losses from casino games, sports betting, or live dealer tables.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a User's use of or inability to access the w33com platform.
• Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from technical downtime, platform maintenance, or force majeure events.
• Acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, game content providers, or telecommunications providers beyond the Operator's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by regulatory or law enforcement authorities affecting platform access or Account status.

In any event, the Operator's maximum aggregate liability to any single User in connection with any claim arising from use of the w33com platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that User in the preceding 12-month period.

14 Dispute Resolution

w33com is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, bet settlement, payment, or Account matter, Users are requested to follow the following escalation process.

• Step 1 — Contact Support: In the first instance, contact the w33com customer support team via 24/7 live chat or email at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute including transaction references, game IDs, and a description of the issue. The support team will endeavour to resolve the matter within 3 business days.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If the matter is unresolved after Step 1, the User may submit a formal written complaint to the Operator by email, marked clearly as "Formal Complaint — [User ID]". The Operator will issue a final written response within 14 business days.
• Step 3 — Regulatory Escalation: If the User remains dissatisfied after receiving the Operator's final response, the matter may be escalated to the relevant independent dispute resolution service designated by w33com's international gaming regulatory authority. The Operator will comply with any binding determination issued by such a body.

Users agree that, pending resolution of a dispute, they will not initiate chargebacks through their payment provider. Chargebacks constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account closure.

15 Amendments & Governing Law

15.1 Amendments to These Terms

w33com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or in-platform notification no fewer than 7 calendar days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the w33com platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users who do not accept the revised Terms must close their Account and withdraw any remaining Real Money balance before the amendment's effective date.

15.2 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which w33com holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes that proceed to formal legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation in the User's jurisdiction.

15.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or regulatory authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the w33com Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotional rules applicable to a User's activities, constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Operator with respect to use of the w33com platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, and understandings between the parties.
